Ahhhh there's nothing like a heaty, hot roast beef with all the trimmings. And we're upping that ante by slow-roasting some beef cheeks. Think falling-off-the-bone kinda beef, slathered in a tasty thick gravy, with creamy mash and all your favourite veg. Mmmmmmm see you here!
GOSH it's good to see the sun again. Farmer Boy and a few helpers are crutching today so I've been busy making morning tea and lunch for them ... the mandatory buns, a home-made pie and lemon bikkies ... fine dining on the farm (yeah right).
